This is the most incredible cheese I've ever found. As a certified chocoholic, I can tell you that this is better than the most decadent fudge; it's smooth and creamy with just the right amount of walnuts. Rich chocolate with a slight tang to remind you that it's actually cheese. WONDERFUL!!!
